We've been talking about the concept of terroir. That is the idea behind the homework.
  1. Each student chose a region of France. If you were gone, pick one from the map at this link.
  2. Write a paragraph in English answering the following question: What makes this region of France unique?
    • Consider things like traditions, things to see, climate, landscape, language, traditional clothes, etc.
  3. Write a paragraph in English answering the following question: What is the food like in this region?
  4. Find info about and the name of four specific regional foods. Include pictures so you know what they look like (printed or sketched).

    • Complete pg. 115 exercise #5, but also assign the people ages and birthdays. Use complete sentences. Do it for five of the eight people.

      • Do it the first time for "tu" (using ton, ta, and tes)
